Missing values in MultiSelect control



The user sourced the MultiSelect control with \ common sub string values like Article Generated and NoArticle Generated. On selecting the NoArticle Generated from the list, the Article Generated is missing from the list.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use a MultiSelect control for selecting the multiple values
  2. Use a data page as the source for the MultiSelect list
  3. Include common sub strings like Article Generated and NoArticle Generated in the list that needs to be displayed
  4. Select one option, for example, Article Generated, the other option does not display

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
