Steps to Reproduce
- Choose the User or Manager portal.
- Add a multi-select control in either the pyCaseUser or pyCaseManager harness.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Add the below code in any new section in the HTML tab,

- Invoke the section in which the multi-select control is configured.
