New Account Opening (NAO) code deployment error



User complains that while deploying a Zip or Jar files into production environment, user is getting error.

Select a file from server to import

Steps to Reproduce

Import jar or zip file in PRPC 6.3 SP1.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules, where few PDF files which have been uploaded to the system had special character(?) and were stored in service export directory.

While importing any file in system and clicking Next, system is throwing error and is not listing the files after the exception.


Perform the following local-change:

Clean the Service export directory using System Management Application (SMA) to resolve the issue.
