New case created on browser refresh (Harness:tabbedscreenflow7)

Summary
When screen or browser is refreshed, a new Case is created while using tabbedscreenflow7 harness.
Error Messages
No error messages.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Use tabbedScreenflow7/tabbedscreenflow harness in Screenflow.
2. Create New work is called in navigation. pyStartcase flow calls a main flow which in turn calls specific screenflow.
3. Create a new case.
4. Click Refresh icon in the browser.
5 Observe that a new Case is created again.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: modifications in replaceHistory api of pzpega_ui_dynamiccontainer_lite.js.
The new code added in replaceHistory method is strHarnessMode.toLowerCase()!= "action" condition.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27350.
