Summary
I understand there is a bug with AES and the Log Usage data in Pega 7. Pega 7 expects the location of the PR_LOG_USAGE table to be in RULES and not the DATA schema.

Steps to Reproduce
Enable AES Daily/Weekly Scorecard
Root Cause
The SQL query generated to get the result was wrong in the where clause.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFIX-10316
