No Wrap text option in Assessment answers

Summary
While filling the survey, if the answer is too long, the text is not wrapping instead a horizontal scroll bar is coming.

Steps to Reproduce
Create Survey with very long answer in the simple questions of radio button type.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules
User has customized PegaSurvey OOTB section SimpleQuestionRadio at there end. Upon reviewing the section we found that 'WrapText' option present in Presentation panel for radio buttons cell was un-checked.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Selecting the 'WrapText' option present for radio buttons in section SimpleQuestionRadio and this rule into higher ruleset and then doing re-validate and save of SimpleQuestion rules and QuestionPage related to survey fixed the issue.
