Open Cluster Management > Node information. The node type value display as ‘untyped’.

Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
Pega 7.2.2 does not support node type for app-node. However, it supports Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) node. Hence, it is visible for BIX node and not for the app nodes.
