Root Cause

Expected behaviour as per the configuration.

Resolution

Following is the expalanation:

The configuration on pxTaskLabel control in WorkListWithGrid is open assignment that is the reason it is opening in perform mode and on Case Id the configuration is Open Work By Handle so it opening the review mode.
  • Change the configuration and customize as per requirement.

If user want to open in perform mode use Open Assignment for all the controls and to open in review mode use Open Work By Handle  for all the controls.

The other issue that is reported is on searching the work object at portal header it is opened in review mode.

In pyPortalHeader of PegaCLMFS ruleset there is no search configured, as user is using pyPortalHeader of PegaOBFS search control is available.
  • The search control is of PRPC FindWorkGadget. It is an expected behaviour to open work object in review harness.
