A note without spaces does not word wrap

Summary
When entering notes, large strings that do not have spaces do not word wrap.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the Add Note screen and enter a block of text that is more than 5000 characters with no spaces.
2. Submit the screen and open the note for review to observe the issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use or operation error. It is not expected that a string containing more than 5000 characters will be entered in to the content of a note without any spaces or line breaks.
Resolution
Standard note content that contains spaces and line breaks at logical intervals does not experience this issue.
