Launching a local action from a grid using Firefox browser results in a null pointer exception.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch a local action from a grid using Firefox browser.
Root Cause
This was an invalid configuration. When launching local actions in the context of a grid, then the "Handle List Items > Open Local action" options, and not the generic "Launch > Local action"
Resolution
Reconfigure local-action to use list item actions.
