Open campaigns do not display on launching Campaigns dashboard



While loading the Campaigns dashboard, the open or pending campaigns do not display. The Resolved-Completed campaigns display instead. This occurs when using Pega Sales Automation 7.31 on Pega 7.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the Campaigns dashboard.
  2. Uncheck the Show Resolved-Completed checkbox. The Resolved-Completed campaigns are displayed.
  3. Check the Show Resolved-Completed checkbox. The screen refreshes and displays the same list.
  4. Uncheck the checkbox. The Resolved-Completed campaigns are not displayed. Only the pending or open campaigns are displayed.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
