Overflow of property value

Summary
Exception occurs while saving a record to a class that has a property or column with a value greater than one billion.
Error Messages
Exception Details: ERROR: numeric field overflow Detail: A field with precision 18, scale 9 must round to an absolute value less than 10^9.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a decimal property.
- Provide the property with a value that is more than one billion.
- Save the record.
Root Cause
The column size for the decimal property created was Numeric(18,9) by default. As a result, values which were greater than one billion were not allowed.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Increase the column length to Numeric(24,9).
