Parsed Data section is not visible in the inbound email message.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a message case through an inbound email
  2. Open the message case
  3. Select ‘Message Divide’ from the Action menu
  4. Click select the message numbers to divide the message
  5. Click Submit
  6. Verify the ‘Related message case details’ section in the work information tabDivided message cases are created
  7. Open the new message cases and verify the ‘Parsed Data’ section in the work information tab – Details section

Root Cause

Parsed Data section is not available for inbound email message case. After dividing the Message, MessageBody is not set and hence, it is not parsing the message data. Hence the message is not parsed after divided.
