Summary

Out of the Box flow action "ConvertAttachmentToPDF" to convert word attachment to PDF is found to be not working

Steps to Reproduce

1)Create a flow with two assignments 
2)Provide ActionStub as the flowaction for the first assignment and ConvertAttachmentToPDF for the second. 
3)Run the flow and attach a word doc when at the first assignment. 
4)Complete the first assignment and select the "File" option from the dropdown "Convert From" in the ConvertAttachmentToPDF flow action to see the error. 

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 

Resolution

Hotfix  Hfix-10308 resolves the issue.
