Pega RichTextEditor control is not working

Summary
Formatted text is not getting saved using RichTextEditor control for free form text.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in the portal
2. Open a screen where free form text is present
3. Put some formatted text
4. Save the screen
Root Cause
RTE data was not submitted in case of "Save" action.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Move RTE to separate section(say RTESection) and on the button where "Save" action is configured also configure refresh other section action with "RTESection" as section name before "Save" action.
