Pega Usage validation does not display output

Summary
In the Pega Usage Validation tool, selecting 'Export daily usage data' and clicking 'Run report' does not display an output.

Steps to Reproduce
- In the Pega Usage Validation tool, select 'Export daily usage data'.
- Set the Date to 'by default'.
- Click Run report.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
All the form elements could not be obtained using getElementById at the below line of code in the ProgressBar (Rule-HTML-Section).

Resolution
Apply HFix-55657.
