PegaCDH connector exceptions in the log



After disabling the Customer Decision Hub through the 'General Settings' for Behaviors in the Pega App Studio, Pega Customer Decision Hub Connectors continue to trigger.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Disable the Customer Decision Hub.
  2. Process work in the Pega Customer Service for Financial Service.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
A few rules in the Pega Customer Service and the Pega Customer Service for Financial Services did not contain checks before executing the Customer Decision Hub Connectors.


Apply the following hotfixes:
  1. HFix-56946
  2. HFix-57441
