PegaCTI log generated in two locations



With Pega Call 7.1.3 ML 4, after users enable the CTI DEBUG log, the CTI log file is generated in two different locations: One in the location path specified in CTI Link instance screen and another one in server default path.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select Separate log file for this CTI Link option.
  2. Set the Log Level as ALL.
  3. Set the Appender Class Name as com.pega.pegarules.priv.util.DailySizeRollingFileAppenderPega.
  4. Set the Appender Property as shown below:
FileNamePattern - 'PegaCTI-'yyyy-MMM-dd'.log'
MaxFileSize - 200MB

Apply HFix-35304 for Pega Call 7.1.3 ML 4.
