The below threads caused the issue:
- com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.authorization.context.LocalizedApplicationContext.getChangeCount(LocalizedApplicationContext.java:406)
- com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.authorization.context.LocalizedApplicationContext.getChangeCount(LocalizedApplicationContext.java:318)
