Property optimization for page list with indexing not successful

Summary
You try to index the properties in a page list using the Property Optimization wizard, but the indexing table and indexing table mapping are not created.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create the page list property.
- Run the Property Optimzation wizard to optimize the page list property.
Root Cause
Your application specifies a different PropertyPath parameter on the Parameter page than the one expected.
In Pega 6, the parameter is PropertyPath .pyProductList(1).CostCenter.Code.
In Pega 7, the parameter is PropertyPath .pyProductList().CostCenter(empty).Code.
Resolution
Perform this local change:
Manually create the index table and the indexing table mapping.
