Property-Set-Messages cleared on form submit

Summary
Configuring the Property-Set-Messages in a validation activity, using the obj-validate method, and submitting a form calls the ‘Refresh this section’ action. Entering invalid data and clicking the Submit button clears the Property-Set-Messages from the UI and clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a form with some properties.
- Configure a Submit button with ‘Refresh this section’ action with validation activity as pre-activity and Finish Assignment action set for a click event.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error: User configuration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Configure the validation activity at Flow action level.
- Configure the Submit with Finish Assignment action or use Flow Action submit to submit the form.
