Summary
Receiving error when setting up Pega 7.1.5 with Oracle database and Websphere application server.

Steps to Reproduce
- Take a full database backup of Pega 7.1.5.
- Restore the database into a testing environment.
- Prepare the application server as per the specifications and point this to the restored database.
Root Cause
The root cause of the issue is the URL resource url/pega/none has an invalid value of 'file:///qa/null'.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: as documented in the Installation Guide:
Set the url/pega/none URL to 'file:/nul'.
