Steps to Reproduce
Open a decision table for editing using Excel 2013.
Root Cause
MS Office 2013 is not supported in 7.1.5
Resolution
Full Microsoft Office 2013 is supported from Pega 7.1.7
Excel 2013 (only) is supported from Pega 7.1.6
HFix-20031 provides Excel 2013 decision table editing functionality in 7.1.5.
