PRPC62SP1[UI]Expanded sections are not accessible via keyboard

Summary
Customer has a requirement to be able to navigate to all the components within a section using keyboard events. In their UI, there are many expandable sections and customer would also like these sections to be expanded when the Enter key is pressed.
In vPRPC62SP1ML1, both of these UI functions are supported and customer would like these to be back ported to vPRPC62SP1.

Steps to Reproduce
Add a section or create a case in base CPM portal and try to expand/collapse sections in the composite portals.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
HFix-9963 was provided and resolved the issue reported.
