Public Categories in Reports have duplicate entries



When the user logs in to the Case Manager portal and clicks on the "Reports", the public categories that get displayed on the right panel has duplicate entries for 'Analyze Performance', 'Analyze Quality', 'Monitor Assignments' and 'Monitor Processes' reports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the Case Manager 7 Portal.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Observe the public categories.
4. You will see two entries for Analyze Performance, Analyze Quality, Monitor Assignments and Monitor Processes.

Root Cause

The Categories were created with same name, these are not duplicate Categories, the description of the rules is same. The pzRBPublicCategories ReportDefinition picks up all the Categories with Owner Type as Shared/Standard “S”. This is the reason for duplicate entries in the Reports Categories in the Portal. 


Rename the Categories or make use of the below 'when rules'.

1. pyOOTBVisibleInBrowser : to see the report.

2. pyNotVisibleInBrowser: do not show the report.
