Steps to Reproduce

Run Purge and Archive wizard in PRPC

Root Cause

NA

Resolution

Purge and Archive wizard in Process Commander deletes all the work objects having status as Resolved-* from the following tables (in same order):

PR_DATA
PC_DATA_WORKATTACH
PC_LINK_ATTACHMENT
PC_HISTORY_WORK
PC_INDEX_WORKPARTY
PC_WORK

If the work object data has Resolved-* status, then that work object will not reside in PC_ASSIGN_WORKLIST or PC_ASSIGN_WORKBASKT tables. If there are some records present in PC_ASSIGN_WORKLIST/PC_ASSIGN_WORKBASKT tables, that means that the work object is waiting for some action to be performed, and they are not resolved yet. Or if resolved work objects data was present in these two tables, then the flow by which these records should have been removed and need to be investigated.

For more details, refer the PDN document - Purge and Archive.
