pxCommitDateTime property is not extracted

Summary
The pxCommitDateTime has been added to a Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) extract rule. However, the property is not extracted in the BIX output.

Steps to Reproduce
- Include pxCommitDateTime in an extract rule.
- Run the extract of any method.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules in which pxCommitDateTime is not stored in the BLOB. Since BIX extracts the data from source table's BLOB, it cannot extract the value of pxCommitDateTime
Resolution
Apply HFix-30297 to resolve the issue.
