pxForceCaseClose updates pxCoveredCountOpen incorrectly

Summary
The pyResolveAndCloseCase flow action is executed to resolve cases. If the cases have subcases, the pxForceCaseClose activity updates the pxCoveredCountOpen value to 1 instead of 0.

Steps to Reproduce
- In a parent case type, add the pyResolveAndCloseCase flow action to be a global action.
- Create a parent case with subcases.
- Execute the pyResolveAndCloseCase flow action to resolve the parent case. Verify the value of pxCoveredCountOpen on the parent case in the Clipboard.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Apply HFix-52353.
