PxInsName is not inserted in PEGA DATA

Summary



pxInsName is not inserted for all the records corresponding to the Datatable with Pega 7.2.2.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Check "Automatically generate a unique ID for records of this type" for the class definition.
2. Insert records and check for pxInsname.

Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules

Resolution



pxInsname is the PRPC Out-of-the-box (OOTB) property that holds the value of a column in the table which is specified as key.

Hence for pxinsname to get populated, the column which is defined as a key should exist and must have value.
