** .pyMetadata: ** Could not find any global element declarations in the referenced XML Schema document

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open the Stream XML rule
2.Click on Update

Root Cause

The root cause of this issue was the incorrect or
malformed XSD content in the txt file.

Reported issue did not manifest with the actual XSD file type. The developer informed that the some of the properties were recreated with prefix 2 even though the new Ruleset version was selected and they were able to resolve the duplicate properties behaviour.

Incorrect or malformed XSD file used for updating the Parse and Stream XML rules. Usage of actual XSD file has helped resolve the issue.
