pzRound function is not rounding up correctly

Summary
The pzRound function does not round the decimal values correctly.
For example, 0.015 is rounded to two decimal places as 0.01 instead of 0.02.

Steps to Reproduce
Round a value such as 0.015 to two decimal places. The result is 0.01 instead of 0.02.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53707.
