Summary
Query runner does not work and error occurs when running a query. This occurs when using the Tomcat application server.
Error Messages
There was a problem performing a database query: Database-General Problem encountered when getting connection for database pegadata 0 08003 This connection has been closed.
DatabaseException caused by prior exception: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: This connection has been closed.

Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause
A bad connection to the database is used.
Resolution
As a local-change, restart the node.
To prevent this from occurring again, include the following attribute in to the Resource element for the jdbc/PegaRULES connection in the context.xml file:
testOnBorrow="true"
