Radio button is missing post upgrade to Windows 10

Summary



Radio button is missing after upgrade to Windows 10 in Internet Explorer 11. This occurs when using Mozilla browser for touch enabled devices.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a radio button control in a section
  2. Open the section in Internet Explorer 11 browser with a touch enabled device


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The out-of-the-box Skin rule has the visibility condition as hidden for radio buttons.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Add the below code in UserWorkForm:


<style> 
.ie11.phone input[type='radio'],.tablet input[type='radio'] 


visibility:visible !important; 


</style>
