Radio button response is not recorded correctly

Summary
While editing a response on a survey, the radio button response is recorded incorrectly. The user configuration is Pega Survey 7.22 on Pega 7.22.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Pega Survey
- Respond to a survey
- Change the response to an option other than the one selected initially before submitting it. The latest response is not recorded
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The Internet Explorer browser was used with a slow network. Hence, the refresh of the survey response is delayed and subsequent clicks do not get registered.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Override the 'SimpleQuestionRadio' template
- Use the 'OnChange' event instead of 'OnClick' event and minimize the usage of refresh actions
