RC 30 - Date of expected receipt accepts future date

Summary
As per the documentation in HFix-25352, the date of expected receipt field should not accept future dates. However, the application does allow future dates.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create dispute transaction for Visa.
- Choose reason code 30 and CC21 / CC2.
- Move to the ancillary question screen and validate Date of Expected Receipt.
Root Cause
The hotfix documentation was in error, future dates are acceptable.
Resolution
The documentation has been corrected.
