Summary
Incorrect validation is applied for ancillary question for MasterCard (MC) RC 4808-1 which does not allow a MC floor limit of $0. Values $0 and higher should be allowed.
Error Messages
Value entered can not be negative.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Process RC4808
2. Reply "Yes" to all ancillary questions
3. For question, "What is the applicable MasterCard floor limit in the location where the transaction took place 513-551-2866, USA ?", reply '0'
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The validation edit was not allowing an MC floor limit of $0 although that is a legitimate value.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24420.
