Summary

When user opens the costshare in Benfitlist for level Product Template, firstly its read-only later on sorting its changing to editable section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the system and launch the portal.
2. Open any product template from product templates tab then go to benefit list and open one benefit.
3. Go to cost share tab and observe enumerated values, by default those are read-only.
4. Try to Sort by clicking on any cloumn “Set default “ or “Amount” or “Relativity Factor” that layout becomes editable.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

In ConfigureAmountReview section in the properties of grid repeat-layout on operations tab 'Rows are always Editable' option had been checked which is causing the issue.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

In ConfigureAmountReview section, for the properties of grid repeat-layout on operations tab, check the option 'Click Row to Edit' instead of 'Rows are always Editable'.
