Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Visa Europe transaction chargeback case
- Select "Choose a Reason Code" from the take action drop-down list
- Select Reason Code 76
- Observe that Reason Code 76 4-a is incorrectly present in the drop-down list below
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.
Resolution
The “Dynamic Currency Conversion (non-VE) (4-a)” condition appears in the dropdown under following conditions:
IssuerDetails.IssuerRegionCode == EU or EUROPE or 3
OR
pyWorkParty(Acquirer).AcquirerRegionCode == EU or EUROPE or 3
OR
pyWorkParty(Merchant).MerchantRegionCode == EU or EUROPE or 3
