Reason Code 80 , CC2, duplicate error

Summary
The current configuration in our application utilizes the Reason Code Adivsor (RCA) reason code 'pegacard-sd-dispute-visa-international- 80 2', version 06-35-10.
This ultimately displays the ancillary question rule 'pegacard-sd-dispute-visa-international-.AncQ89', version 06-01-01.
The AncQ89 html displays duplicate errors for the transaction amount altered to/from questions.
Error Messages
Various field errors indicating a duplicate amount.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Visa international or domestic dispute
- Select Reason Code 80, Condition Code 2
- Do NOT answer the question "What was the transaction amount altered from?" or "What was the transaction amount altered to?" questions
- Click submit
- Duplicate red 'X's will display for each question
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
