Summary

A screen with a section does not refresh at runtime, but it refreshes when the section is inside container.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a harness, which includes a screen layout. Drag and drop a section inside the screen layout.
2. Include a button that calls Refresh-Current Harness in the section.
3. Call this harness in a flow.
4. Run the flow. Click the button, and observe that the harness does not refresh.

Root Cause

Reload or Refresh harness is not supported on screen layouts because there is no form object inside the document in case of screen layouts. Refresh harness with screen layouts is not supported at assignment and portal level. Activity or data transform associated with refresh action will not be executed in case of reload harness with screen layout.

Resolution

Use other containers meant for flows.
