Refresh with parameterized data transform does not work offline

A button is configured to refresh section and run a parameterized data transform. This works on a desktop browser but does not work on offline mode.

- Configure a button to refresh section.
- Specify a parameterized data transform to be executed before the refresh.
- Test this in offline mode
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement.
Resolution
