Report columns are not displayed in proper sequence

SA-10844

Summary

User wants to show the count and percentage of cases which met Goal, Deadline and which missed deadline in Report Definition
The columns for displaying the percentage are displayed before all the aggregated columns.
Requirement is to display the percentage column beside the count column respectively.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Report Definition.
2.Make sure that first column is aggregated and second column is non-aggregated.
3.Run the Report Definiton and see that non-aggregated column is displaying first.

Root Cause

Reported behavior is the expected behaviour of PRPC.

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
Summary reports by design put the aggregated columns last, and the group columns first following the sort order. This is per design of the PRPC and it is not a bug.
