Report def rule failing with ORA-29532 error after update to 7.2

Summary
After upgrading from Pega 7.1.6 to Pega 7.2, report definitions can no longer read unexposed columns using the user defined functions (UDFs).
Error Messages
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
Steps to Reproduce
Run a report on an unexposed column.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The UDFs are invalid or corrupted after the update.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Follow the instructions in this article to reinstall the UDFs.
