Summary
In P-7 , QA environment on clicking Final Note - button harness is reloading instead of section , because of this URL is getting changed along with long text , which is giving the error “URL is too long”.

Steps to Reproduce
1. On button Click open a modal dialog.
2. In modal dialog configure a button(menu item) with run script to submit the modal dialog and configure post activity of flow action.
3 .In the activity last step is "call ShowHarnessRule".
Root Cause
A software use or operation error :-
User was using "ShowHarnessRule" as part of post activity in flow action on submit of modal dialog, which was causing the issue with missing stream parameters.
Also in one of the step in activity jump statement was configured. As on fail over it is going to same step beacuse of this while modifyin the activity it gives compilation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use "Show-Harness" rule instead of "ShowHarnessRule" and remove the jump condition from the step for which compilation error is appearing.
