Summary

Developers are using Pega CPMHC framework, configured not to persist the WO in DB i.e. have explictly set pyTemporaryObject to true in the pyDefault DataTransform rule of their class. Earlier HFix-6873 and HFix-6962 were delivered after which the interactions were not getting persisted however now when any intent is clicked, it is getting persisted to the DB with the pzinskey 'PegaCA-WOrk-Interaction'.

Resolution

Update CAStartFulfillmentTask, step18 having a when condition IsTemporaryObject, the issue is fixed.
