Resolved case details are cleared after Refresh
On completion of a case, assignments and their statuses are not displayed on click of refresh button.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case.
- Complete the case.
- Click Refresh under Actions button.
The reported behavior is expected and is as per design.
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
On refreshing the screen, the values or list of items are not lost.
Select the Completed Assignments check box to view the list of completed items.
On refresh, for a particular assignment, the grid by default will display the list of open assignments. While submitting or closing, the list will display items that have been completed by the user at that point of time.
