The following values of Service Sub-Category in the Appeals application display COGNOS reports without "–":

Steps to Reproduce
Generate a COGNOS report after creating a work item with one of the selected values:
- Website – Member Portal
- Website – Drug Information
- Website – Pharmacy Finder
- Website – Provider Finder
Root Cause
Excel does not take UTF-8 format by default.
Resolution
Change the Excel format from default to UTF format.
