Summary
Configuring "Review" action for button does not make the harness as Review Harness
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
Configuring user defined activity on the same button along with "Review" Action. Obj-open-by-Handle steps in the activity causing the issue
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
Removed un necessary calls of Obj-open-by-Handle steps in the activity
