Summary

User sends email using rich text mode with bullet point format. When the email body is displayed by PRPC, the bullet points are missing(not visible).

Steps to Reproduce

1) Send an email with body containing bullet points, to an inbox, whose emails are listened and a case is created for each email sent.
2) For each case created, display the email body associated with that Case.
3) The bullet points of the body are not seen.

Root Cause

The bullet points are just not visible as the indent for the ordered list is -18, which will hide the bullet points. The root cause for the issue is that Lotus notes and Outlook will set the text-indent to -18 for ordered lists. 

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows: The root cause for the issue is that Lotus notes and Outlook will set the text-indent to -18 for ordered lists. That's the reason the bullet points or the ordered list format is not seen in the RichTextDisplay.The issue is not seen if the emails are sent from PRPC, gmail etc.
