Summary
On refreshing a section, spaces display between lines of text in the Rich Text Editor (RTE).

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Rich Text editor in a section.
- Configure a button with an Refresh Section action event on click.
Root Cause
In Document Object Model (DOM), an extra <br> is added on every refresh.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Create a new RTE control.
